Through this I have extended my knowledge of the roles and challenges of the different generations that make up an organisation.
This programme works along-side my existing career coaching programmes to ensure businesses can more effectively meet ongoing and future strategies.
As the founder, I have over 25 years of international business experience including 15 years as a career coach helping many professionals reach their career goals. I specialise in midlife career coaching and have also developed a program supporting organisations to improve their intergenerational team performance.
I uprooted my career and personal life a few times myself by changing career, starting new businesses and moving countries and within countries. These life experiences enhanced my adaptability, self-awareness, resilience and above all my self-starter skills.
In 2018 I gained my Masters in Career Management which focussed on the ageing workforce.
I am a Member and a Registered Professional of the Career Development Institute and a Board member since March 2018 with an emphasis on expanding their private practitioner membership.
As a CDI Board member I am also sitting on the ICCI Global Council, representing the United Kingdom.
Associate coaches are brought in to help deliver programmes or add specialist expertise in specific areas where needed. All have extensive career coaching experience combined with business backgrounds gained in the UK or internationally.

“Nicolette is an impactful career coach with a rare combination of empathy, knowledge, and professionalism. She was my assigned career coach at Imperial College.
Her counsel and expertise were extremely useful in my early career journey.
She took the time to understand my strengths and weaknesses, and expertly guided me given my specific goals — without any ‘cookie-cutter’ solutions”.
“When I relocated my business to the UK Nicolette was great in helping me source networking opportunities, connecting me to people with whom I may have potential synergies, and giving me general ideas about setting up in London.
She is super efficient, professional and friendly, and great at bringing people together”.
“Nicolette is an excellent coach for progressing or changing your career. She really listens well to understand your interests and experience, and then challenges you to focus on describing your ideal role
With thought-provoking questions Nicolette has been instrumental in enabling me to develop an effective plan to change my career from industry to the charity sector”.
