Midlife career coaching and intergenerational team development

OUR AIM

When people join an organisation, they don’t leave their age at the door. Today’s businesses often comprise staff from up to four generations – with different experiences and working styles. Our aim is to work among and across those generations (offering midlife career coaching and intergenerational team development) to ensure businesses capture the strengths of each.

COACHING INDIVIDUALS AND TEAMS

OUR APPROACH

DEVELOPING PEOPLE

We help people develop in a role or job that they can feel passionate about. This is achieved through career coaching of individuals or a group of employees in an organisation in the UK or Continental Europe.

A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE

I have over 25 years of international business experience including 15 years as a career coach helping many professionals reach their career goals. I specialise in midlife career coaching and have also developed a program supporting organisations to improve their intergenerational team performance.

OUR SERVICE BENEFITS

Our clients benefit from our practical, solution-based approach through which we motivate and inspire them towards their desired result. We are open, energetic, sensitive and respectful but also challenging where appropriate.

Mid-life Career Coaching

With a third of the working population being over 50 by 2020, less young people entering the job market and increasing immigration restrictions, organisations need to retain and train their midlife professionals to keep them engaged. READ MORE

Business Health Check

It is a challenge for businesses to keep a balance between what is best for their employees and what they need to create a healthy and wealthy organisation. READ MORE

internal career transition

A healthy organisation will make sure their staff is challenged and exposed to new opportunities within that organisation. Looking at having four generations working within your organisation at the moment, especially the generations born after 1980 need to be challenged more frequently to keep them engaged. READ MORE

Intergenerational Team Development

Your employees may have experienced a manager who told them what to do, a manager who demanded a work-life balance or an employee who was very keen on personal development. These are typical examples of how different generations require things at different points in their careers. It is therefore important for organisations to relate to all generations and at the same time bridge the gaps between them. READ MORE

We believe that each professional should be challenged to develop within an organisation whatever their age

OUR INTEREST

Being a Generation X (born between 1966-1980) person myself, I have researched in detail the differences and similarities of each generation. I recognise the stigmas and prejudices that people of different generations experience working with older and younger colleagues which can cause a team to stagnate. Our interest is in re-setting viewpoints and re-energising teams and individuals to ensure strengths and not negatives are brought to the fore.
